Nouri stated that many of these teachers did not pass the entrance exam; He said: The law has determined that for any culture to be subject to ranking, a test is required. This test will be taken from them soon and they will enter their work cycle and there is no problem.

The Minister of Education said regarding the time of the exam and the participation of the survivors in the ranking: I had initially recommended that this exam be taken by the end of September, but my friends were of the opinion that my colleagues may not have the opportunity to prepare for the exam. I think that the ranking test will be held at the beginning of October and immediately after the test, the ranking will be applied to these colleagues.
