“Many football teams in the world, such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and La Liga, operate in the form of cooperatives, which shows the important position of cooperatives,” said Maskani.
He added: France in its economic program with 18% of GDP (GDP) is responsible for the country; But Iran, with 97,000 cooperatives, does not play a role in the economic environment as it should, so the issues in the field of cooperatives must be identified and resolved.

Raising the flag of the Cooperative Exchange by creating a public joint stock cooperative in each province
The Deputy Minister of Cooperative Affairs, stating that there should be a public joint stock cooperative in each province, added: “Public joint stock cooperatives should become a model, in which case, we will raise the flag of the cooperative stock exchange.”
He said: it is necessary to create a cooperative bank with the focus on public joint stock cooperatives (People’s Bank).
Addressing the activists in the field of cooperatives in the country, Maskani said: “Today, you are the commander of the Great Economic Jihad Battalions, and we need to create a cooperative discourse to study the issues and problems of cooperatives.”
He emphasized on holding continuous meetings of cooperatives and the presence of officials in the economic field and said: the existing procedure in the field of cooperatives should be changed and with determination, will and empathy and participation, the obstacles to the activities of this field should be removed.
