Zulfigol added: Married dormitories will be built in the main campuses of universities, and it is planned to provide facilities to universities to speed up this issue.

In this meeting, Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, evaluated the process of implementing the memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology as appropriate and added: until today, about 400 hectares of land belonging to universities have been directly allocated to the implementation of this memorandum and it has been decided until this The land should be upgraded to one thousand hectares so that future needs can be met.

Mehrdad Bazarpash explained: 400 hectares of land provided for the construction of about 25,000 residential units for university faculty members, which is a suitable capacity, and it was decided to reach 1,000 hectares of land by the end of December.

He considered land supply as one of the most important issues of housing construction and production and explained: With the round-the-clock efforts of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, as well as our colleagues in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, this work is being done with great diligence, and its speed should be increased. .

He said: It has been decided to start the implementation of the 400-hectare site from the end of December and the beginning of December, and we will try to deliver the units to the people and applicants as soon as possible.

National housing movement facilities are also paid for the construction of married dormitories

Pointing out that the construction of married dormitories requires the provision of land through universities and financing by the same practical centers, Bazarpash added: In order to solve the construction problems, the payment of National Housing Movement facilities to married dormitories was approved in the Supreme Housing Council. Also, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has pledged to provide the necessary assistance for the payment of the necessary guarantees for obtaining this facility.
