The unfavorable current situation of the Red Crescent budget/the most important missing links in the strengthening of the Red Crescent

Hassan Bamiri, a member of the Social Commission of the Islamic Council, in an interview with Fars news agency’s health reporter, about “What are the deficiencies in the Red Crescent?“, he said: The type of assigned missions and the variety of missions that the Red Crescent receives in the national, provincial, international, etc., require serious attention from the organization.

He said: The Red Crescent organizes many different missions in the country. Considering the scope of its activities, unfortunately, it has had minimal credits.

A member of the social commission of the Islamic Council stated: Special attention and attention should be paid to the budget of the Red Crescent by the government, the parliament and the budget organization. The most important missing link in the Red Crescent is strengthening the relief fleet, strengthening logistics, updating the facilities of this organization so that they can fulfill their duties throughout the country.

Bamiri added: Consultations have been held in the 1401 Unification Commission to solve the problems of this population. According to the budget that was presented to the parliament through the government, efforts have been made to cooperate, coordinate, synergize and share the necessary efforts to strengthen the Red Crescent budget.

He explained: There is a necessary level of preparation in the parliament to eliminate the gaps and deficiencies in the Red Crescent population in the field of worn-out fleet.
