According to Fars news agency’s judicial group, Seyyed Mohammad Shafiei, Deputy Judicial Director General and Acting Vice President of Information Technology and Justice Planning of the province, in order to evaluate the performance and statistics of the needs and problems of the courts of Varamin and Pishva cities in the field, in an unannounced visit to the courts and courthouses. During this visit, in a face-to-face and sincere meeting with the judicial and administrative colleagues, the deputy head of information technology and justice planning evaluated the performance of employees in various departments of information technology, including how to use judicial and administrative systems, electronic proceedings and traffic control. They gave.

Shafi’i, together with the employees of the branches, reviewed their statistical and functional status and the mechanisms for improving their performance points.

In separate meetings and discussions with the heads and deputies of justices and prosecutors’ offices of Varamin and Pishva cities, he discussed issues such as the status of statistics and the performance of judicial branches and their improvement, the provisions of the operational plan for 1402 and the strategies for its advancement, the number of judges and the status of vacant branches, branches Inactive approvals and the conditions required for their establishment, the status of organizations and human resources, the requirements of the information technology field, and the operation of the judicial service offices were decided to be reviewed, followed up, and evaluated.

In these meetings, the Deputy Chief Justice discussed and consulted on plans to reduce pending and old cases, especially pending cases due to the lack of expert theory and solutions to reduce the number of cases, especially by using the capacity of dispute resolution councils and peace aid units.

During this visit, Shafi’i emphasized the proposition that monitoring the performance of employees and judicial units should move from mere inspection to a comprehensive evaluation of performance and said: Such an evaluation will eventually lead the group to proper management of performance, which is a category with Careful planning, efficient training, empathetic supervision, and jihadist spirit are achievable.
