According to Moj News Agency, Sadegh Ziaeian said about the weather situation in the coming days: According to the analysis of the latest meteorological forecast maps, from today to Wednesday (March 19 to April 23) in the northwest, west coast of the Caspian Sea, highlands and southern slopes of Alborz Rainfall, occasional thunderstorms, temporary strong winds and snowfall are forecast in cold areas and highlands.

He added: On Monday (the first day of 1401) scattered rain is forecast in parts of the west and the heights of the Central Zagros and on Tuesday in parts of the west, northeast and the heights and slopes of the eastern Alborz. Scattered rain and snow are expected in the northwest and central Alborz highlands on Thursday (April 25).

The head of the National Center for Prediction and Crisis Management of Weather Risk continued: “On Tuesday and Wednesday, temporary strong winds are forecast in parts of the west and southwest of the country, and in areas prone to dust storms.” These conditions will prevail on Thursday in the western strip of the country and parts of the center, east and southern slopes of Alborz.

Ziaeian continued: On Thursday in the western regions of the country, a relative decrease in temperature between 4 to 6 degrees Celsius is forecast. Also on this day in the coastal provinces of the Caspian Sea and Ardabil, the southern slopes of Alborz and the center of the country increase in temperature by 4 to 6 degrees A noticeable temperature of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius is expected.

He added: ‌Today (March 20) the eastern half of the Persian Gulf, the Sea of ​​Oman and the Strait of Hormuz and the Caspian Sea will be rough for the next three days.

On Tuesday (April 2), the sky of the capital will be partly cloudy and in the afternoon cloudy, sometimes with scattered thunderstorms and strong winds, and the maximum and minimum temperatures will be 20 and 9 degrees Celsius, respectively.
