According to the Fars news agency’s education department, The winners of the UNEP National Environment Competition (UNEP) in 2022 were announced, and one of the members of the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents won the title in the international section.

The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) organized this competition with the theme of “the importance of protecting the ozone layer for living organisms” in the three fields of painting, photography and graphic design (digital or computer designs with the help of computer or mobile graphic software). held

In the national stage, the winners of this competition were introduced and the first winners of each section were introduced to the international stage in the Asia and Pacific region, and finally, in the photography section, Fatemeh Azarifar, a 14-year-old member of the Rosen Center of Hamedan province (coach Masoume Madiri Delshad) was selected as one of the winners of the section. International was introduced.

Previously, in the national stage, Shirin Ramezani, a 14-year-old member of Hamadan Center No. 2 (coach Shahrazad Bayati) won the first place in the painting field, and Halmasadat Karimi, 6 years old, from the center of Aliabad in Golestan province (coach Razie Chori) took the third place in the field of photography. Also, the work of 14-year-old Mamek Emami from the center of Shahrekord, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province (coached by Masoumeh Mehri) won the third place in this section.

This competition aims to raise awareness about the importance of protecting the ozone layer for the creatures of the planet and to continue to encourage the support of the general public regarding ozone-depleting substances and the elimination of greenhouse gases by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) in cooperation with the national ozone offices in member states were held.
