“Three Steps National Event” will be opened in Saad Abad Palace

According to the tourism reporter of Fars News Agency; The plan to hold the “three-step national event” with the aim of connecting designers and producers of traditional textiles and handicrafts related to the design of modern Iranian clothing will be opened on Wednesday, January 14, 1401 at the Saadabad Gallery located in the historical cultural complex of Saadabad.

So far, about 600 works in the group of traditional textiles and related handicrafts from 23 provinces have participated in this event.

This event includes various sections, exhibitions, training and specialized tables and specialized meetings. In the first step, the works of three groups of handicrafts related to Iranian clothing, including the group of traditional textiles, traditional embroidery, and traditional prints, will be displayed and judged in the two phases of “luxurious works” and “selected works” in Saad Abad Gallery, and the best works will be awarded the Nafisi Awards. will be given

In the second step, a specialized meeting of Iranian clothing designers will be held, and clothing designers will visit the event exhibition, and a clothing designer competition will be held with the mentioned titles. In this step, prizes will be awarded to the best designs from the eyes of the professors and from the eyes of the audience.

In the third step of the program, the owners of the economic sectors will visit the exhibition and encourage and encourage them to use handicrafts in their collections and use practical products or a combination of handicraft products.

In line with the exhibition, three-day training courses on traditional clothing design, fabric design, color basics and traditional sewing will be held. In these training courses, priority is given to the participation of artists and craftsmen who have submitted works to the event.

Participating students will receive a training certificate at the end of the course. In the section of specialized tables, four specialized topics will be discussed in four tables, which include the specialized table of production and raw materials (group of traditional textiles, traditional stitches and traditional prints), the specialized table of color (group of traditional textiles, traditional stitches and traditional prints), There is a specialized desk for packaging (group of traditional textiles, traditional embroidery and traditional prints) and a specialized desk for commercialization and branding (group of traditional textiles, traditional embroidery and traditional prints). In these tables, the challenges and problems of each topic will be discussed, proposed solutions will be proposed and at the end, in order to be implemented, they will be placed on the agenda of the Handicrafts Department of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.
