Today’s state of hijab is the result of our wrong cultural policies
According to the urban reporter of Fars news agency, Mehdi Akhararian said in the 137th session of the Islamic Council of Tehran: “Unfortunately, what we see in Tehran as the mother of the Islamic world, due to wrong cultural policies in the past, is a long way from today.” It has an ideal point and we see the consequences of cultural damage today.
The head of the monitoring committee of the Tehran Islamic Council emphasized that the call to prayer is a hymn of monotheism, and reminded: In a city where the call to prayer is not heard, it is not surprising that today’s youth are walking around the city in a very uncomfortable state. Why don’t we turn the arrow back towards us; These people are our children and educated.
While appreciating Radio and Television for making the “Kalma” program, he stated: Our advice is to listen to the discussions raised by Hojat al-Islam Panahian about culture, as these discussions will be helpful.
Stating that we are far from a monotheistic society, Akhararian said: The Islamic revolution was supposed to bring us to a monotheistic society, but the body of this city will not bring us to this condition. For the development of Tehran, which once had prominent scholars and its seminary had a high reputation, and its qiblah is the city of Ray; It is towards the north of the city and the front of capitalism.
Emphasizing that the center of Tehran is not the 12th region but the 20th region, he noted: We must say in the first meeting of 1402 that they should know that those who said that we are far from the monotheistic society; Single voices should be heard in the society to wake up this society, otherwise the problems will be doubled. We hope that in 1402, the cultural and social field of the municipality will pay serious attention to these concerns.
