Trial and error is the result of ignoring the experiences of the past – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr reporter, today, Saturday, July 24, 1402, the first lasting experience festival and the first national oral history festival of retirees was held by the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare. Mohammad Chakshian, the cultural deputy of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, said: When we talk about respect, two types of meanings come to mind; respect for people and the other thing is that he had respect for someone and used his experiences and knowledge in terms of exploitation.

He continued: The philosophy of holding the festival of lasting experience was based on this view. If we want to move forward, it is necessary to know the past correctly.

He added: Knowledge is an accumulation of experience that is presented systematically. In many cases, we do not use existing tacit knowledge.

The cultural deputy of the Ministry of Cooperatives stated: The Festival of Lasting Experience is aimed at the oral history of retirees so that we can benefit from this experienced knowledge as a beacon for the future.

This responsible official continued his speech and declared: The first step of the revolution has passed and we are in an era where the second step of the revolution must be taken. In this direction, we should be able to take a higher step by relying on the two elements of knowledge and experience of people who have learned for years and relying on the energy and initiative of the youth.

He emphasized: Ignoring experiences makes us move forward by trial and error.

Stating that one of the country’s weaknesses is the lack of intergenerational dialogue, Chekshian continued: The oral history festival is a symbol of the intergenerational dialogue that took place. It is hoped that by relying on the experience of the past and the initiative of the youth, the second step of the higher revolution will be taken.
