“TT” received an award from the audience of the French festival
The movie “TT” directed and produced by Aida Panahandeh became the best movie in the eyes of the audience of the “New Persian Images” festival in France.
Theater News Base: The movie “Titi” directed and produced by Aida Panahandeh, which participated in the competition section of the French festival “Nouvelles Images Persanes” last night, November 14th, won the award for the best film in the eyes of the audience of this festival.
The festival, named after the Enlightenment philosopher Charles Montesquieu’s novel “Persian Letters”, runs from November 10th to 14th. 2021 It was held on November 10-13 in Vitre, France. Anis de Victor chaired the jury of the festival, which was held with the aim of showing feature films, documentaries and short films from all Persian-speaking countries.
The “New Persian Images” festival, in addition to showing the films in the competition section, had two special sections dedicated to reviewing the works of Abbas Kiarostami and another section to the late French screenwriter Jean-Claude Carrier.
Also, the movie “Titi” written by Arsalan Amiri and Aida Panahandeh, starring Elnaz Shakerdoust, Parsa Piruzfar and Houtan Shakiba, will be screened from November 15 to 22 in the world cinema section of the 8th Dohuk International Film Festival in Iraqi Kurdistan. .
