UN Secretary-General: Returning to the talks is an important step towards the full implementation of the UN Security Council

“The perpetrators of chemical attacks must be identified and held accountable,” Guterres said of chemical weapons. Countries must unite and seize every opportunity to reduce tensions, resolve conflicts, and build lasting peace and security.
