According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, “Hojjatullah Abdul Maleki” in a sympathetic meeting with the staff of the Ministry of Labor ordered the formation of a special committee to organize welfare affairs.
Abdul Maleki called the payment of salaries in the executive bodies unfair and said in this meeting: “We will do our best to increase the budget of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare.”
The Minister of Labor added: “The President himself has repeatedly emphasized the need for fair payment of salaries and wages in cabinet meetings, and in this regard, the Administrative and Employment Organization and the Program and Budget Organization have also formed a special working group.”
Abdul Maleki pointed to the need to benefit from the experiences of the Ministry of Labor and said: “We are making the necessary preparations to train senior managers and guide the elite and talented youth in this complex.”
He emphasized: increase work, WelfareSalaries, bonuses and Eid of the staff and provincial staff of the Ministry of Labor are especially on the agenda.
The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare instructed the Director General of Inspection Affairs of the Ministry and one of the employees to hold elections for the Welfare Organization Committee of the Ministry of People; According to the minister’s proposal, which was welcomed by the staff, 4 members of this 5-member committee will be selected by the staff and one person will be present as the minister’s representative.
At this meeting, a group of employees expressed their criticisms in the presence of the Minister and his deputies. The difference between the amount of salary and Welfare Employees of the Ministry of Labor with government agencies were among the demands raised.
