Unification of the coverage of female colleagues in the form of uniform design – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr news agency, the women and family affairs of the Ministry of Science stated that according to the proposal of the said department, in order to achieve the effectiveness of the transformational goals and also to examine more closely the challenges and problems in the field of working women, relying on specialized and scientific principles and techniques in order to provide a solution The women and family working group of the Ministry of Ataf was formed on Mehr 29, 1401.
The members of this working group include elected vice-presidents and areas with a majority of women, which include: Fakhrel Sadat Nasiri (chairman of the meeting), Shahideh Farman Rezaei (secretary of the meeting), Fatemeh Bulgani, Zahra Maranjian, Zahra Sufi, Hajar Attaran, Fatemeh Lolaei, Fatemeh Mohammadi. Fatemeh Bagheri, Maryam Riazi, Mojdeh Arab, and Masoumeh Nazari are released.
So far, this working group has held 5 meetings, and the order of each meeting is announced before the start, and the outcome of the meeting is set as a resolution for further follow-up. Among the most important approvals of the said meetings, the following can be mentioned:
1- With regard to the general policies of the country and the emphasis of the Supreme Leader Madazla Al-Ali on strengthening and supporting the family and the youth of the population, as well as pursuing the law on the youth of the population and supporting the family, the issue of telecommuting of female colleagues with children under 7 years of age or disabled is prioritized and followed up it placed.
2- Also, in line with the mentioned paragraph (1) and reducing the concerns of mothers with children under 7 years of age, regarding the situation of the kindergarten and visiting it and paying attention to its quality, opinions were exchanged and it was approved to make the visit as soon as possible and the results to the authorities. Relevant feedback should be given.
3- Based on the reference of some administrative managers regarding the inappropriateness of the hijab status of a number of female colleagues and the request for a solution from the Office of Women and Family Affairs, the issue of the status of the hijab of the colleagues was investigated and finally, the standardization of the hijab of the colleagues in the form of a uniform design was proposed. In this regard, consultation and follow-up was approved through the cultural deputy and the financial and support administrative deputy.
4- According to the exchange of opinions of the members regarding the performance status of Ataf employees and how to develop and empower female colleagues, it was approved to conduct a needs assessment and to design the training based on the results of this needs assessment.
5- Due to the approaching birthday of Hazrat Fatima (PBUH) and family and women’s days, the plans proposed by the members were examined and suggested:
– An exhibition of hijab and Islamic clothing should be held on one of the days of this week.
– May the celebration of the birth of the Lady of Two Worlds be celebrated more magnificently than in previous years.
– Appreciation should be given to the exemplary and active colleagues of Mrs.
– Mothers with multiple children, as well as mothers who have more than two children after the promulgation of the Youth Law, should be encouraged and appreciated.
– Hold a motivational speech.
6- Based on the collected needs-based questionnaires, the challenges and problems of colleagues were investigated and educational design was carried out.
7- It was suggested that women who come from other cities to follow up on their affairs should be given a place to rest for a short period of time.

10- On the recommendation of the members, it was approved to prepare an allowance for the purchase of administrative coats and pants with the financial support of the Vice-Chancellor of Finance and Human Resources
