In his latest blunder in his annual address to Congress, US President Joe Biden called the people of Ukraine the people of Iran.

In part of his first annual address to the US Congress, Joe Biden mistakenly used the word “Iranian” instead of “Ukrainian” and said: “Putin may be able to encircle Kiev with his tanks, but he can never capture the souls and hearts of the Iranians!”

In a video released by the US president, Biden’s Vice President, “Absolutely Harris,” who sits behind him as congressional chairman, quietly reminds him of his president’s verbal mistake.

This is not Biden’s first verbal error, and his blunders have been the subject of the media and cyberspace and social media users on many occasions.
