We cannot convey the research to the students with the entrance exam perspective

According to the education reporter of Fars news agency, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ahmad Hossein Falahi, a member of the Education and Research Commission of the Parliament, in a telephone interview with the “Morning and Dialogue” program of Radio Diavogu regarding the legal issues that can help the field of research, stated: In the law of the sixth development plan, 50% of the training was supposed to be in education. and develop skills, but unfortunately, not only did we not make progress in this field, but we have reached from 40% to 36% and have suffered a drop.
He pointed out that the law emphasizes that we should move towards skill training in the field of education, and he continued: Creativity, research and research are definitely the focus of skill training.
The member of the Education and Research Commission of the Parliament emphasized that we should leave the education system as purely educational, and added: we cannot institutionalize research if we adjust the texts and proceed based on the same without allowing creativity. Of course, research without training can also have its own harm because the student may receive his research from the Internet.
He added: In order to achieve the goals of development programs in the field of research, we must have a revision in the country’s education system; Currently, students have drawn their vision of going to university and from the very beginning they put testing and getting a grade in the entrance exam on their agenda. Definitely, with such a perspective, we cannot convey creativity, research, research and innovation to students.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Fallahi said: We have many elites in education who shine in the Olympiads. If we provide the background to many of these people, they will be inclined towards research and this issue will create motivation among all students.
