Regarding the relationship with families in schools after the victory of the revolution, he said: Schools gradually became a place to recruit people for the war fronts, and schools were the bastions of Islam and the Nizam after the mosques. People’s donations sent to the war fronts at that time were collected in schools. This caused us in the education system to get used to taking money from parents for school affairs.

Nouri pointed out: After the war, if a class was held or a book was published about the role of families in raising children; It was mostly based on western psychology and did not mention the participation of families in the matter of schooling.

Minister of Education, pointing out that parents are capitals of the educational system; He said: This capital should not be used as a material capital for financial participation, but should be used for participation in school management and establishing proper governance from parents.

He stated that we have not yet reached a mechanical organizational structure in the Parents and Teachers Association; He said: In the statutes of the Parents and Teachers Association, it is mentioned that it is popular, but this popular institution needs a structure. Consult with those who have researched organizational structure design. The association of parents and teachers needs a structure that fits it. We have to build a network of families that are all connected with each other. We must take seriously the role of parents and teachers in the fundamental transformation document in education.
