According to Tejarat News, Abolfazl Norouzi, Advisor to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stated in a special news interview: The number of vacant houses in the country is related to previous years. Nowruzi said that financing the production of housing is conditional on the creation of the National Housing Fund and several other ways, adding: “This fund does not use the budget directly, but the housing installments return the proceeds from the sale and transfer of 99-year leases of houses and land and the proceeds.” Taxes of banks are part of the fund’s income.
He added: “Using the tools available in the Sama system, we can reduce the loss rate of unhealthy facilities of some banks, because in cases where a bank had provided facilities to an individual or an organization, and that person used a bank facility in France to buy.” The villa had said that if these unhealthy facilities were reduced, the right path of the facilities could be opened towards housing production.
Adviser to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stating that if the land problem is solved, the housing problem will be solved, said: At present, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has enough vacant land to produce about one million units in the first year of the plan to increase and jump housing production For the rest of the way, banks and other agencies must work and provide their lands to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in the form of cleaning or sale. We are looking for urban development, and if the institutions provide their lands, we can build houses for the people in better places.
