According to Mehr reporter, Mohsen Afsharchi, at the meeting of the General Culture Council of the province on Sunday afternoon, stated that we have tried to move in the field of culture with a plan and index, and said: The cultural engineering document of the province has provided the basis for this.

He said: Our movement in this sector must be properly and managed.

Governor of Zanjan said: All cultural issues have been seen in the cultural engineering map of this province.

Afsharchi pointed out that what is observed in the field of culture in the world is vulgarity and obscenity, and emphasized: The existing void in the field of culture dictates that we must have fundamental thinking in this field.

He stated that the issue of commitment to work in the preparation of the cultural engineering document of the province can be clearly seen, and added: The content shows that wisdom is behind it.
