He also stated that we will not see the implementation of justice in the country except with the presence and cooperation of the people, and said: We expect the judicial system to consider the people as its powerful arm for the realization of justice and to support the justice-seeking forces in the country.

Referring to the disproportion of the sentences issued by the judicial system in various cases, Ghasemi said: Our question is why the judiciary looks at the issue with an Islamic approach in some specific cases, but it lacks this approach in the cases of different sections of the people. These dual functions have reduced people’s trust in the judiciary.

Asadi, the representative of student publications, also said in this meeting: Why is there no clear and clear framework and guidelines for expressing popular protests in our country?

In another part of his speech, referring to the problem of delaying proceedings in the judicial courts, he said: the daily work of judges and their handling of 5 cases in one day is not sufficient for the high volume of judicial cases, and therefore there is little hope for reducing the delay of proceedings in Current conditions do not exist.

While criticizing the lack of deterrence of legal proceedings, Aqiqi said: “We believe that if a student has committed a violation, he should be dealt with like different sections of the society.”

He clarified: We expect the judicial system to deal decisively with the violators of the recent cases, but also to deal seriously with the sources of the troublemakers, including celebrities and bloggers. The thugs and thugs of the virtual space should be dealt with and demanded from them to prove the claims they have made.

Seyyed Mohammad Mousavi, the representative of Islamic Azad University, also criticized the performance of the judicial system in dealing with the leaders and perpetrators of recent crimes in the country.

While raising the question why people’s provocateurs in cyberspace are not prosecuted by the judicial system, he said: Shouldn’t there have been proper treatment of celebrities who had spread lies in cyberspace before the recent incidents?

It should be noted that this is not the first appearance of the head of the judicial system among the students, but earlier and last month (November 19), Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, in the first program of his provincial trip to South Khorasan, appeared at Birjand University and met with students and young people. Discussed and exchanged opinions. This exchange of views was the first face-to-face and unmediated conversation between the heads of one of the three forces with students after the unrest in the country.

During his visit to Birjand University, Hojjatul Islam Mohseni Ajeei, after listening to the students’ words, addressed them and said: I have written down each and every issue raised by you, dear students, and I am working hard to investigate, transfer and resolve them.

During the last 16 months that he has been in charge of the Judiciary, the Head of the Judiciary has held several meetings with different people and elites of the country.

Also, in the past weeks, with the occurrence of incidents and events in the country under the pretext of the death of “Mehsa Amini” which led to riots and destruction of public property in various cities, the head of the Judiciary came up with the idea and proposal to hold a dialogue instead of holding illegal gatherings and riots. raised with critics.

On the 18th of October this year, during a speech at the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, the head of the judiciary announced his readiness to listen to the content and points of view of any person, group, and trend that has ambiguity, questions, criticism, and objection, and said: Addressing all trends , groups, political factions, factions and people from the general public who have doubts, questions, criticisms and objections, I declare that I am ready to listen to their points of view, suggestions and criticisms through dialogue and definitely if there is a mistake and weakness on our part. The head of the judiciary opened a new chapter in the path of increasing public trust in the judicial system by announcing his readiness for a result-oriented dialogue with various social groups and currents.

The adoption of this approach by Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ejei is a new method that none of the previous heads of the judiciary and high officials of the country have taken a practical step towards.

On the other hand, tomorrow (Wednesday) also coincides with the students’ day, and this issue is an excuse to be in the company of students and discuss and exchange ideas with them. Student Day is celebrated.
