The judiciary is requested to take decisive action to prevent the hearts of the lovers of Haj Qasem Soleimani and the Islamic system from being wounded again. [1]

Although the examination of the tweets and insults of the mentioned person shows an intellectual obstacle originating from the anti-religious reformist current, but this person does not play a pivotal and key role in the anti-religious current and should not be analyzed in such a way that he is one of the main figures of the reformist current. Of course, this current is not infrequent in the hands of individuals and can be clearly seen in every corner, in men and women and supporters of this current.

To date, this movement has obtained nearly 15,000 signatures for the judiciary to deal with this offender, and it seems that the security forces and supervisory bodies should react seriously in this regard.

Perhaps the latest example of this kind of confrontation in the above was the way students and old friends attacked Mashallah Shams al-Waezin in Club Haas.

But what is important about Hadi Mehrani, and the regulatory and security institutions should pay attention to it, is that the Minister of Information of the Rouhani government’s support and rent of information to such people.

However, after the arrest of several Telegram channel admins on charges of acting against national security, one of the key figures who took a stand in defense of these individuals was the Minister of Intelligence, Seyed Mahmoud Alavi.

Hojjatoleslam Ejei, the spokesman of the country’s judiciary, also said in a meeting about the arrest of these managers and their charges: “Some of these people were arrested on anti-security issues and some in addition to anti-security issues for committing crimes against public decency and publishing obscene material And based on official reports, these issues have been raised in their files.

Ejei also reacted to the words of the Minister of Intelligence in support of these managers and said: “Ali al-Qaeda, Mr. President, who has legal information, knows that the competent authority to determine whether someone has committed a crime or not is not the Minister of Intelligence.” I was once the Minister of Intelligence and therefore the competent authority to say whether someone is guilty or not is not the Minister of Intelligence.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni also criticized Alavi for his role in this case and said: “Regarding this particular case, there are things about the Minister of Information himself that, of course, even he can not comment on this case and prepare a report.”

The issue was raised by a spokesman for the judiciary behind the government’s insistence on the release of these individuals; But Alavi also reacted to these Aegean remarks and also claimed that these people did not commit any crime; He also said: I do not know of any crime for the admins to be their accomplice, as if they are accomplices of my servant; Mahmoud Alavi then added: Defending the government is not a small crime!

In any case, what should be considered is the intelligence support of such people who openly and without any fear or restriction, take a stand and insult against all the sanctities and principles of the Islamic Revolution.
