Bigdeli said: “So far, we have sent six more patients to Russia through the association, and the result is a recovery of nearly ninety percent of patients whose treatment in Iran had completely given up hope.”

Referring to the high cost of treating diseases caused by vascular disorders, he said: “In the association, we decided to invite Russian doctors to come to Iran to reduce costs and transfer their knowledge to Iranian doctors so that patients can be treated in our country.”

Elham Behrangi, a dermatologist and faculty member of Iran University of Medical Sciences on hemangiomas and vascular abnormalities, said: “This disease includes a wide range of abnormalities that according to clinical symptoms, age of onset and extent of involvement of various treatments for it can be Consider.
