The system related to judicial electronic service offices is also being prepared under the supervision of the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary, and close cooperation between the technical experts of the two groups has been formed to speed up the preparation of the system.

Also, the web service provided by the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary only provides a photo of the certificate of inheritance of the deceased after the year 2017, and at the same time, only a photo of the certificate of limitation of inheritance can be obtained from the said service, which is subject to a large number of deceased persons. Adalat is not among those who died between 2004 and 2017.

Of course, according to paragraph C of the budget law of 1402, Resolution No. 2 of the 43rd meeting dated 07/04/1402 of the electronic government interactivity working group, within 3 months, the statistics and information technology center of the Judiciary was supposed to provide a web service including data items of the deceased’s profile and Their heirs should take action, but this web service has not yet been provided to the central depository company.
