According to Tejarat News, Mehrdad Bazarpash, on the sidelines of the opening of the Haft Bab School and the hot test of the new Parand Shahr Metro, said about the plan to sell housing by the meter: “This plan is not on our agenda for the time being and will not be implemented.”

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: In the new city of Parand, as one of the largest new cities, the extensive operations of the National Housing Movement Plan are being implemented.

Referring to the people’s desire to provide infrastructure for new cities, he said: Today, seven schools with a capacity of 113 classes were opened in the new city of Parand, and one of these schools was a smart school. With today’s openings, the number of classrooms in this city reached about 700.

Regarding the latest status of the Tehran-Parand metro, Bazarpash also said: The Parand metro is spending the last days of operational operations, and today we will have a visit to this project together with the commander of the Khatam station. God willing, the president will present the Parand metro to the dear people of this city this month.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: Good measures have been taken in the matter of public transportation, including buses and taxis in and out of the city. Regarding services such as fruit and vegetable fields, bars and stores, good things have been done, but it is not enough.

Inauguration of infrastructure projects in the new city of Mehsan

According to him, today in the new city of Mehestan or Hashtgerd, very good infrastructure and superstructure projects were opened, and 1,470 remaining Mehr houses from previous years were put into operation.

Therefore, according to the report, in recent weeks, the officials of the stock exchange organization announced that the instructions for the plan to sell housing meters will be approved by the board of directors of this organization. It is said that the meter housing plan has passed the expert and jurisprudential stages and is currently being reviewed by the board of the stock exchange. Meanwhile, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced today that this project is not on the agenda.
