In this regard, justice stocks based on the valuation of a maximum of 60% of the daily price of the shares (according to the Central Depository and Settlement Company) and cash and livelihood subsidy accounts according to the subsidy targeting organization and taking into account deductions related to loan installments Previously paid can be taken from the customer as acceptable collateral.

Also, the repayment period of the credit granted at the discretion of the bank is a maximum of 18 months. Money transfer from this card is not allowed.

In addition, the interest rate of the welfare card facility is 18% and the repayment period is 18 months. Taking into account the interest of one million and 200 thousand tomans on the amount of seven million welfare card, each recipient of this card must pay approximately 458 thousand tomans per month.

On the other hand, according to the director of the Central Bank Credit Department, at the time of issuing this circular, only Bank Melli has started the project as a preliminary plan and other operating banks will be able to provide welfare cards within the next two weeks. Applicants.

ISNA’s latest follow-up from the Central Bank also indicates that this circular has been communicated to all five banks, but some of them issue or do not issue this credit card based on their executive policy.

Now, more than three months later, field observations from the five credit card banks indicate that only two national and commercial banks issue the credit card. Of course, referring to another branch of Tejarat Bank indicated that the welfare card would not be issued due to lack of budget.

While both equity holders and heads of households receiving at least one cash or subsistence subsidy can receive the credit card, field observations from banks about the terms of the card indicate that only equity shares are eligible. Accept as collateral.

Also, one of the officials of Tejarat Bank branches announced that the repayment of the facilities of this credit card is 24 months, while according to the instructions of the Central Bank, the repayment period of the credit granted at the discretion of the bank is a maximum of 18 months.
