Out of the 50 neighborhoods that had the most apartment rental ads in Tehran this summer, in 30 neighborhoods, more than half of the housing rental ads were displayed with the “single suitable” option.

According to these statistics, singles in Jordan, Nawab and Salsabil neighborhoods have more choice than other neighborhoods.

Jordan, Nawab, Salsabil or even Jeyhun have become popular neighborhoods for single Tehran tenants.

The three neighborhoods of Nawab, Salsabil and Jeyhun are located in District 10.

Proximity to the city center, where most of Tehran’s old commercial markets are located, seems to be the most important factor for these people to live.

Real estate owners in these areas are also more flexible than single people by being aware of this issue.

Dense texture, easy access to commercial fabric, smaller houses, lower rent and living costs and the past of Tehran’s 10th district can be the most important factors in this popularity.

The common denominator among all the neighborhoods in this group is the existence of small houses that are naturally offered at a lower price.

Of course, families of more than one person face difficulties in living and even placing their belongings in it.

For example, in the last few years, constructions have been carried out near the Persian Gulf Lake, Gharb town, etc., which have low delivery units and can accommodate a maximum of two people.
