White House spokesman claims: The United States is eager to return to negotiations

In a meeting with his French counterpart Jean-Yves Laudrian, Amir Abdullahian expressed regret over the lack of serious and practical action by the United States and the three European countries in fulfilling their commitments, noting that the current US administration has not taken any serious and practical steps to return to its commitments.
