Why Yavarshahr Jajroud has not been put into operation yet?

Referring to the activity of Yavarshahr Jajroud, he said: Currently, the contractor of Yavarshahr Jajroud, as well as doctors and assistants, have been deployed, but the problem that existed in the meantime was that the license to operate this Yavarshahr should be obtained from Shahid University of Medical Sciences. Beheshti issued that so far this group has not had the necessary cooperation with Tehran Municipality in this regard.

Tavaklizadeh reminded: In the meetings of the social camp, we asked the University of Medical Sciences of Shahid Beheshti University to cooperate in this field like other universities of medical sciences, including the University of Tehran, which issues licenses for Yavarshahrs to us.

He emphasized about the reasons for the prolongation of the activity license of Yavarshahr: As we discussed with the president of this university, there is a legal ambiguity that certain steps must be taken regarding the license of this center in the Ministry of Health. In other words, a task should be set in the system of the Ministry of Health so that they can issue the license. This is despite the fact that according to the conversations that the mayor of Tehran had with the health minister, he personally ordered that these permits be issued.

The deputy mayor of Tehran added in further explanation: Some universities of medical sciences point to the issue that there is no such thing in the system rules of the Ministry of Health and in the defined formats, and that is why the license of this city assistant is granted. It is facing a delay, but some universities of medical sciences, such as Tehran University, have issued Yavorshahr’s license with the same order of the Minister of Health.

In the end, he emphasized: We hope that Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences will solve this problem as soon as possible.
