This feature is part of the Find My software, and to access it you must first log in to this software. Then click on the Devices option at the bottom of the page. Here is a list of Apple devices that you currently have. Select any device you want and click on the Notifications option and look for the Notify When Left Behind option. Note, however, that some Apple devices do not support this feature.
Once you find this option, you can enable it or define environments where you will receive notifications if your device is left there. It should be noted that your location is automatically added to this section, but you may want to add other locations as well.
