According to Mehr reporter, Abbas Kazemi, during his visit to the Deputy of Youth Affairs of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Qazvin province, stated: The field of youth is one of the areas that should be seriously considered, despite the existence of good capacity of laws in youth issues. Especially marriage, we are still facing serious problems in this area.
He added: “The deputy of youth should facilitate matters related to the youth by identifying the legal capacities and using the capacity of the elite youth and move in the direction of building more trust for the youth in relation to the services provided, of course, this work has many difficulties, but with the efforts of the youth, the path will be smooth.” will be.
The governor of Qazvin stated: One of the most important issues that young people are facing is the issue of marriage. The marriage facilitation law was prepared and promulgated in 2006, but there was no will to implement it. but so far, more than 80% of the cases mentioned in it have remained on the ground, in this government, the implementation of the law must be fully and comprehensively pursued, and the governors, as the head of the marriage facilitation committee of the cities, will definitely be at work. .
Kazemi pointed out: According to this law, in order to empower young people to start a family, a marriage facilitation fund should be established, the establishment of this fund will solve many existing problems, including housing and allowances for the first year of life, banks and other related institutions. They should have the necessary cooperation in this field.
In the same context, he reminded: There should be a mechanism at the level of Qazvin city that people can apply for marriage loans and having children Do not wait, sometimes it takes several months for a person to receive a loan, while the loan should be paid in less than a week.
