Zakani: The names of the people who owned the municipal properties were announced to the judicial authorities

According to Fars report, Alireza Zakani, on the sidelines of the public meeting of the Tehran City Council in the presence of reporters, said regarding the repossession of Tehran municipal properties from the squatters: Based on the follow-ups, 103 properties were finally repossessed by municipal, legal and judicial follow-ups.

Regarding whether the Tehran municipality has no intention of publishing the names of the occupiers of municipal properties or not, he said: We have no obligation in this regard and it is against the rules.

Zakani continued: Of course, these names have been sent to the judicial authorities through Tehran Municipality and are available to them.
