Alireza Zakani added: “We have been serving the people of Tehran for one year and 12 days, and during this time, we have been able to protect 17,700 billion tomans of rights in the courts in favor of the municipality, as well as 7,500 billion tomans.” take back

He said: We consider it our duty to face corruption and we do it in such a way that people’s rights are fulfilled in a practical way.

The mayor of Tehran emphasized: the situation that happened to one of the city managers is under investigation and the public will be informed if its dimensions are clarified.

Zakani further added: Today, in a letter to Mr. Mirkazmi, the Minister of the Interior raised the issue of supplying 630 wagons for the Tehran subway, and the path of this work has been smoothed in the government and its approvals have been taken.

In the same context, he said: This activity, which was stagnant for years by the previous government, was implemented today by this government.

The mayor of the capital city added: In addition to this, the supply of 420 domestic wagons is also being pursued. We entered into a contract for 113 machines, for which the government has approved 77 million euros, and the introduction of this work is ready, and we will move the rest up to 420 machines to domestic production.

Zakani said: In fact, the way to produce wagons and add them to the metro has been prepared, and these wagons will be added to the fleet for years to come.

He went on to state that Article 17 is responsible for the change of use and the Commission of Article Five, that the change of use is examined in a detailed plan, and noted: The responsibility of the Article Five Commission throughout the country is with the governors of the provinces, except for Tehran, whose responsibility is with the mayor, but the deputies Several ministries are present in this commission, and we make collective decisions in that commission, and the municipality does not make decisions alone.

Zakani continued: In addition, the detailed plan for next year should be revised and we should apply these changes with a careful look at the needs of the city, and in fact, the city sale has no meaning in this matter.

He said: As a part of the work that the municipality follows every year, we perform our duty with a greater extent regarding the service to the pilgrims of Imam Hussain (AS) in Arbaeen.

In this connection, the mayor of Tehran said: Part of these measures are on our borders with Iraq, part of them are related to transportation within Iraq, and parts are about serving in processions, health and providing service to visitors, and the issue of security, and in fact, we provide a package of services.

He added: We also serve as an active department in the high headquarters established in the Ministry of Interior.
