
According to Fars News Agency, Seyed Ezatullah Zarghami, Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, said at the conference “Delegation of Authority to Provincial Managers” referring to the experience of the past 40 years: It has deprived managers of serious decisions.
He said that the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts has removed parts of the obstacles and licensing stations, and only the announcement of the applicant in the system will be considered as a legal license. The Ministry’s oversight in this area is “a posteriori”.
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts added: “Practical measures have been taken to delegate the authority of some of the missions of the ministry headquarters to the provincial managers.”
He said: “In today’s workshop, the specialized deputies explained the delegations and gave the necessary training to the provincial managers.”
Zarghami stated: Provincial managers should use the trust of the ministry in a favorable way and carry out new missions well with close supervision and for the maximum satisfaction of the people and applicants.
He emphasized: “All real and legal personalities and individuals across the country are our executive officers and with timely information, they can help the managers of the ministry in performing their duties.”
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts said: The ministry’s Nowruz headquarters in the provinces, with the cooperation of all provincial officials, have a duty to mobilize and manage all existing capacities to introduce provincial attractions, provide tourism facilities and create necessary services to the people.
