118 billion tomans of self-owned facilities were transferred to the accounts of the builders

“Mohammad Hassan Alamdari” regarding the latest situation of providing self-ownership facilities throughout the country, said: 4,523 projects with 43,836 units were introduced to the bank. Of these, 115 projects have been contracted for 930 units, the amount of which is 318 billion tomans.

Alamdari continued: So far, 118 billion tomans of self-owned facilities have been paid to the accounts of the builders.

According to Alamdari, the self-ownership facility of the National Housing Movement project has just started and will be paid to the landlords step by step based on physical progress.

According to IRNA, “Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh” had previously said: “More than 82,000 units have been introduced to banks to receive self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement.” The banks to which the applicants for self-owned facilities are introduced will conclude the contract and the payments will be made according to the ceiling approved by the Monetary and Credit Council.

This facility is being paid and there is no problem in this regard. The facility ceiling of the National Housing Movement in Tehran is 450 million Tomans, cities with more than one million people 400 million Tomans, other provincial centers 350 million Tomans, other cities 300 million Tomans and villages 250 million Tomans with an interest rate of 18% and a 20-year repayment period.
