Islam is the religion of this world and the hereafter

This view is based on Shiite ijtihad and the courage and jurisprudence and insight of the mujtahid to solve problems and untie the knots of the country’s problems. Imam considered the requirements of time, place and expediency as the three pillars of the jurist’s inference from Islam in all ages and times, and based on these principles, he believed that there is no dead end in Islam.

People’s Republic as a measure

Imam constantly emphasized that the people’s vote in the administration of affairs is the criterion of governance. In his view, no class, class, faction or group should consider itself superior to others and be considered a privileged class like the Sassanids. Imam always defended the interests of the people, their opinion and opinion. He accepted democracy with all its accessories.

The status of women

In the Imam’s school of thought, the family has the main role and women are its focus. The memoirs of Ms. Khadijeh Saghafi, the Imam’s wife, are a first-hand account of the Imam’s love and affection for his family. In addition, according to the Imam, women have played a leading role in all political, social and cultural fields; The period of struggle against the Shah’s regime was the victory of the revolution, war, construction and 2 of its prominent examples. Maintaining hijab and chastity was an obligatory prelude to this social presence, but the Imam did not restrict it.

Anti-domination and influence

Iran’s real independence was one of the noble and first-class ideals of the Imam. The warnings, the Imam’s benevolence to the Shah in the 1940s, were such that they would not ignore Iran’s independence.

After the revolution, he always warned of the danger of arrogance, Zionism, and the re-emergence of the hegemons and the fear of their influence in the government. While calling on Muslims to maintain unity, the Imam considered defending the Palestinian issue to be not only the duty of Muslims but also the duty of human society.
