5% of the collected driving offenses should be allocated to culture building / 1818 scan starting today

According to the disciplinary correspondent of Fars News Agency, Col. Ainullah Jahani, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Traffic Culture of Rahoor Police, said at the conference to commemorate the victims of traffic accidents: “Our view in Rahoor Police is socially and culturally, cultural awareness and education.”

He referred to Article 23 of the Law on Investigation of Driving Violations and specified: In this article of the law, it is stated that five percent of the collected driving offenses should be spent in the field of culture.

The social deputy of Rahvar police mentioned the question whether this issue (allocation of five percent of driving crimes collected in the field of culture) happened in the previous government? Did they allocate the funds that should be allocated to culture to the police or not? He said: “Certainly this did not happen, and even if it did, it was at a minimum that nothing could be done about it.”

He pointed out: “Traffic police, unfortunately, is caused by actions and deeds that result from abandoning the actions of others.” Rahoor police are accountable in the square, while many organizations should have done so.

Colonel Jahani pointed out: “In this ceremony, we will start the 18th and 18th scan, which means that 18% of the victims of accidents are under 18 years old, that is, they are neither guilty nor responsible.”
