The Head of the Department of Education of the Second Primary Course of the General Department of Education of Isfahan Province with reference to the special view of the Governor, the Director General of Education and the Commander of the Sahibul Zaman Corps (Aj) regarding the issue of identifying and recruiting children who are left out of school, said: In January of last year, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the General Department of Education, the Governor’s Office and the IRGC in order to facilitate this process.

According to Soltani, there are various reasons such as death, financial poverty, parental obstruction, exceptional child and immigration statistics and with the emphasis of the deputy of primary education, measures were taken to eliminate the causes of financial poverty, child labor and preventing parents from studying.
