A special story of the first lady founder of the Aviation School in Iran

According to the Fars News Agency’s community correspondent, Fatemeh Nik Azar, the pilot teacher in the Persian morning program of Jam Jam network, said: “Our aviation industry is an expensive and masculine industry and it is difficult to enter.”

He continued: “Ladies” have also shone well in the aviation industry because they have always accepted several roles together. I’m the first woman to get an aviation school license.

“I brought a creativity that made this center different from other centers, and that made it possible for me to get this license,” said the female pilot instructor. From the beginning, I taught English to pilots and realized that there are shortcomings in the industry that need to be addressed, and I entered the field in 1996 to address these shortcomings.

“The aviation industry, like the gas, oil and petrochemical industries, is tough and hard to work with,” he said. Because we have to overcome various obstacles. Women because they have to play the role of mothers as well.

Nik Azar reminded: ‌ In their own spirit, if someone says you can not do something, they will do their best to prove that they can, and I, despite many difficulties, have taken this path to start a new work in the field of aviation science. .

The first lady founder of the aviation school added: “Distance education did not exist in the Iranian aviation industry until 1998, and this issue was launched for the first time in our center.” There are currently 60 people working at the center, 28 of whom are flight instructors and we train pilots.

Nick Azar said: “Unfortunately, because teenagers only think about the entrance exam, they see less of the majors in the aviation industry; While the number of years of their education is much shorter and they can enter the labor market quickly.

The female pilot teacher stated: “It is true that we currently have a shortage of planes in the country, but the situation has not remained the same and we will face a shortage of pilots and stewards after the required plane arrives in Iran.”

He continued: “People 18 years and older with a diploma can start studying in this field and start a job that is international; Because in Iran, starting everything in the field of aviation is what is taught in Europe.

Nik Azar added: “It can be a platform for students from neighboring countries to receive pilot training from Iranian centers, and we have the talent to make money in this field.”

“In Iran, we learn to fly with a single-engine aircraft, we fly for 150 hours, and then we have to pass the course in the airline that every airline has, and then we can start our own flights,” the pilot pilot said.

He said: “Abroad, after learning a single-engine aircraft, you should learn to work with air taxis, ambulances, military, etc., but since this issue does not exist in Iran yet, it is not mandatory to learn these skills at the moment.”

Nik Azar stated: The country’s aviation organization is being developed and updated every day, and new technologies will be added to this organization in the coming years.

He noted: “At first, when I was going on the flyover, I was afraid of heights and I said to myself that when I am afraid of something, I have to face it, and that is why I went to fly.”

“When I was flying, I asked for a move, which in a sudden movement lowered my altitude and I went up again, and at that moment my eyes went black, but from then on I was no longer afraid of altitude,” said the female pilot.

“I believe in perseverance is to face fears and fight obstacles,” said the pilot’s teacher. Entrepreneurship in the country is difficult, and the fact that I have put together a collection and now I am in charge of them makes it difficult for me, but when I see that I have come this far, I am more motivated to continue doing so.
