Predictions made in Tehran Air Quality Control Company indicate that on Tuesday morning (May 6, 1401) due to the decrease in wind speed and accumulation of pollutants during the past hours along with increased morning traffic, air quality in most areas is unhealthy for Sensitive groups will be placed.

Gradually increasing atmospheric instability, scattered rainfall, and increased wind speed throughout the day will facilitate the dispersion of pollutants, although relatively strong winds in some afternoon hours can cause dust to be emitted and spread in susceptible areas.

With the decrease of wind speed until the end of Tuesday and the increase of evening traffic, the concentration of suspended particles will increase and the air quality in the busy areas will be in an unhealthy situation for the sensitive groups.

Continuation of these weather conditions until the morning of Wednesday (May 7, 1400) at the same time with the beginning of vehicle traffic will increase the concentration of suspended particles and will reduce the air quality in most areas. Effective winds during the day will cause some scattering of pollutants.

It is worth noting that with the decrease of wind speed and increase of traffic until the last hours of Wednesday, the spread of pollutants will be limited and the establishment of an unhealthy situation for the sensitive groups in most of the busy areas will not be unexpected.
