According to the Mehr news agency, the Minister of Education, Yousef Nouri, appointed Abbas Bayat as the “Director General of the Office of Vocational and Technical Technical Education” in a decree.

The text of Yousef Nouri’s sentence is as follows:

Dear Mr. Abbas Bayat

In view of your valuable commitment, experience and competence at various levels related to vocational and technical education and training, and upon the recommendation of the Honorable Deputy of Secondary Education, you are hereby appointed as “Director General of the Office of Vocational Technical and Vocational Education”.

In this regard, taking into account the provisions of the second step and observing the principles of “justice-oriented”, “revolutionary”, “democratic”, “purity and anti-corruption” and “rule of law” of the people’s government, it is necessary.

It is hoped that by relying on God Almighty, following the menus and demands of the Supreme Leader (Modzaleh) العالی), A document on the fundamental transformation of education and the pursuit of successful policies and programs of the President and Confirm Has been and is expected; While observing the framework of rules and regulations in the field of vocational and technical technical education of the second year of high school, be diligent in pursuing the following items with a transformational approach.

• Review of the structure of the branch and the technical and vocational technical disciplines and the integration of similar disciplines in two branches in a few limited space disciplines from the 1402-1401 academic year.
• Planning for the quantitative and qualitative development of technical, vocational and skills training and the realization of the projected quotas with priority given to special attention to the fields of agriculture.
• Redefining governance in technical and vocational education and improving the quality of education in the field of agriculture through an education program with the production and use of the capacity of knowledge-based companies.
• Planning in order to implement the law of the comprehensive system of technical, vocational and skills education, especially assessing the professional and specialized qualifications of students and students and paying attention to the system of professional qualifications.
• Establishment of neighboring vocational schools by involving institutions, public non-governmental organizations and industry and business owners.
• Using futuristic and research-oriented perspectives, national and international experiences, artificial intelligence, technology, community systems and big data analysis in presenting proposed programs and plans.
• Improving the quality of internship training as a turning point connecting the world of education and the world of work.
• Collaboration with Shahid Rajaei University in order to change the titles and titles of courses in accordance with the needs of human resources of vocational schools and also to improve the quality of the internship of student teachers.
• Review of outsourcing the training of his branch of work with the implementation approach in the real work environment.
• Effective presence in the three working groups of the comprehensive system of technical, vocational and skills education and efforts to achieve the goals of the comprehensive system law and maximum use of education in the capacity of this law.
• The use of young, creative and revolutionary forces at different levels required for technical, professional and vocational training and efforts to improve their specialized and professional skills.
