Appointed in charge of implementing the law on free access to information in the Ministry of Labor – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the text of the ruling states: “Free flow of information and equal access of citizens to it is one of the criteria for achieving the virtue of freedom in a dynamic and vibrant society.”

On this basis, citizens have the right to have access to the full news and to pass it on to each other and to comment and protest about it. The Law on Dissemination and Free Access to Information is a platform that provides this right.

In order to “implement the law on dissemination and free access to information of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare”, according to Article 15 of the Executive Regulations of Article 8 of that law, my duties and powers in this regard are delegated to His Excellency.
