According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the presidential information base, in this morning’s meeting of the cabinet, chaired by Hojjatoleslam Seyed Ebrahim Ra’isi, members of the government issued a permit for the Statistics Center of Iran to use the data and information in the database. The country’s tax administration agreed.

Considering the necessity of using statistics and information of executive bodies to prepare and compile a balanced development plan and also the task of executive bodies in providing the data and statistical information required by the Statistics Center of Iran, in order to reduce the costs of implementing statistical plans and their publication time, Allowed the Statistics Center of Iran to use the information (micro-data) contained in the database subject to Article (169) of the Direct Direct Taxes Law, as necessary and in compliance with the relevant classification.

Approval of the executive regulations for the establishment of the productivity cycle in the executive organs of the country

In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (f) of Note (18) of the Budget Law of 1401 of the whole country regarding the promotion of productivity in the executive apparatus and the achievement of goals and programs provided for in the Sixth Development Law, the Executive Regulations of this section of Passed the law.

It should be noted that according to paragraph (f) of Note (18) of the Budget Law of 1401 for the whole country and in order to improve productivity in the executive apparatus and achieve the goals and programs provided in the Sixth Development Plan Law, all executive agencies The Civil Service Management Law is obliged to submit its operational plans for the establishment of the management cycle and the promotion of productivity indicators in its headquarters and affiliated units by the end of June 1401 and submit them to the relevant affiliated organization for administrative and employment organization.

The Cabinet, on the proposal of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Welfare, considering the expiration of the five-year deadline for extending the by-laws to exclude God and the staff of holy shrines, mosques, husseiniyahs, Takayas, religious schools, endowments and non-productive general endowments, including articles from the Labor Law. Social agreed to extend the bylaw for 2 years from the expiration date.
