According to Mehr News Agency, Ahmad Mahmoudzadeh added: The document of fundamental transformation of education out of 23 operational goals, 4 operational goals and out of 131 strategies, 25 strategies are directly related to the subject of position, organization, status and livelihood of teachers. Since 1390, when this comprehensive document was approved, the officials have not had a good record and presence regarding the implementation of the document of fundamental change, which is something to complain about.
Referring to the positive view of the Minister of Education and the People’s Government on the issue of teacher ranking, he continued: “All those involved in the education system are determined to implement the teacher ranking that has been approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly.”
Mahmoudzadeh said: “Determining the evaluation criteria in the design of the ranking system should be planned in such a way that the scientific and educational process of teachers is strengthened and is effective in strengthening their motivation and career advancement.” If this orientation is done in the ranking, we will see the effect on the quality of education and upbringing.
