Bank dams against facilitating the marriage of the youth of South Khorasan – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

Mehr News Agency, Provinces Group: These days, young couples, after passing through different houses, have lined up to go to Bakht’s house in search of bank gifts, which are the same cheap 75 and 100 million marriage facilities.

But yes, getting young girls and boys to get married on the one hand, getting yes from banks to pay for cheap marriage facilities and loans on the other hand.

Young couples have to go through Haft Khan to go to Bakht’s house, and the Youth Marriage Facilitation Headquarters constantly has approvals to make it easier to promote, but it seems that some parliamentary approvals remain just the same.

In previous years, in order to facilitate youth marriage, only one valid guarantor or receiving promissory notes per person, a valid check, a subsidy account, etc. can be accepted as a loan guarantee, based on notifications to the Central Bank. But the statements of young couples have a different story.

Seven Khan Banks

Hassanzadeh, a young man from South Khorasan who has applied for marriage facilities, said: “Banks do not accept any guarantors for marriage facilities.”

He stated: for each person, one or two employee guarantors must be introduced to the bank and checks and promissory notes will not be accepted.

Akbari and his wife, another young Birjandi couple, have been waiting in line for several months to secure a guarantor and have not yet been able to introduce a valid guarantor to the bank.

Akbari continued: We have introduced several guarantors so far to receive 75 and 100 million marriage facilities, but some have bank debts, some are self-employed and…. The bank emphasizes the employee guarantor and does not accept any guarantee.

Another young man from South Khorasan stated that he had so far introduced five guarantors to the bank to get the facility, but all of them had been rejected. Be my guarantor.

Referring to the banking strictures, he said: “If the guarantor does not have a check, they will not accept him and are not even willing to replace the promissory note with a check.”

Here, too, the feet of speculators are involved

But brokers are also exposed to cheap marriage facilities during the reporting process. Sites where marriage loans and other cheap loans are bought and sold.

A young couple who are unable to secure a guarantor and installments of the facility apply to sell their 100 million loan and say: “Because we do not have a guarantor, people have offered us a guarantee for each couple’s loan and buy a loan in exchange for a payment to the young couple.” .

Abbasi, another young man from Birjand who applied for a marriage loan but could not get it, told Mehr: “Unfortunately, banks are very strict in paying for facilities.”

He stated that my wife and I did not have an employee guarantor to receive the loan and we did not manage to get it, he added: with the introduction of one of those who noticed our problem, someone called and announced that he was ready to buy our facility for 7 million Tomans. Slowly

Abbasi continued: In my family, my sister and I both got married in the same year and we could not receive the facilities due to strictness.

He specified: My sister sold her loan for 10 million Tomans, but I have not acted yet because I need these facilities to get a dowry, but I am afraid that I will not be able to receive it.

Ahmadian, another young man from Birjand, told Mehr that he regretted the strict rules: “Loans that belong to young people to facilitate marriage, but do not go into the pockets of young people.”

He added: “Unfortunately, the banks are so strict about the 5 or 10 million facility that this 70 million facility is known by the end of the story.”

But follow-up shows that although there is no obstacle to this, some couples may be trapped and have problems.

2500 Young people in South Khorasan waiting in line to get a marriage loan

In a conversation with Mehr about the marriage facilities in the first six months of this year, the Deputy Minister of Youth of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of South Khorasan said: 14,528 people have registered for marriage facilities in the province.

Mehdi Qanad, stating that 9,625 people in the province have applied for marriage loans, said: Of this number, 7,137 people have succeeded in receiving facilities.

The Deputy Minister of Youth of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of South Khorasan stated: 2,488 people are waiting in line to receive marriage facilities in South Khorasan.

He stated that the amount of the loan granted in 1400 is 70 million Tomans, and said: If the wife is less than 23 years old and the husband is less than 25 years old, 100 million Tomans will be paid to each of them.

Qanad stated that from the beginning of September to September 21 of this year, 1,816 people have registered for marriage facilities, adding that 1,474 people have received their facilities this month.

The Deputy Minister of Youth of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of South Khorasan announced the number of applicants in the queue of 1,163 in September and added: “The total number of applicants is 2,637.”

According to him, in September of this year, one billion and 360 million marriage facilities were paid in the province, which is 1.21 percent of the marriage facilities in the whole country.

A bank employee also told Mehr: “Banks should have a guarantee for the return of the facility, but as much as possible, they will facilitate the payment of the facility.”

Due to the difficult economic conditions that many people can not guarantee due to overdue installments and returned checks, and the strictness of banks, many young people in South Khorasan have not been able to receive their loans or sell them for between 5 and 10 million tomans. It is necessary for the officials to intervene and plan in this regard.
