Chairman of the Article 90 Commission: If managers are not sensitive to the smell of corruption, they should recite the Fateha of fighting corruption in the country

According to Fars News Agency’s judicial correspondent, Hassan Shojaei said at the World Anti-Corruption Day conference held this morning at the Ministry of Justice, referring to the scope of authority of the Article 90 Commission: “The judiciary can use the Article 90 Commission to deal with wrongdoers.” Because if the correspondence of this commission is not answered, the judiciary can condemn the person or institution.

He continued: “Another capability of the Article 90 Commission is the establishment of inspection boards in all departments, as currently an inspection board has been deployed in the Ministry of Energy to monitor the water situation.”

The head of the Article 90 Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stating that we are looking for a foothold in various organizations, said: I have also told Mr. Raisi that if your managers are not sensitive to the smell of corruption, they should recite the Fateha of fighting corruption in the country.

Shojaei emphasized: “Unfortunately, there are wills that hinder transparency, and we can see an example of this in the lack of completion of customs systems.”
