Removing legal obstacles to the transfer of school construction projects

Ms. Mohammadi said that the main challenge for jihadi groups was the lack of necessary laws and said: “The main challenge raised in this meeting was the lack of necessary and efficient laws for handing over school construction and school renovation projects to jihadi groups. He stated that the legal obstacles to the cooperation of jihadi groups in building schools were removed, adding: “One of the important points that jihadi groups raised in this meeting was that they should not consider jihadi groups as contractors;” Second, the raw materials, building materials needed, and the necessary plans to build strong schools suitable for the local conditions of each region should be provided to the jihadi groups at the lowest cost.
