1- According to the previous laws and regulations, each of the sports players in various fields that reach the age of eligibility are obliged to be sent to service, in the form of special facilities in order to help the development of the country’s sports and increase the survival of professional athletes. Relevant licenses are allowed in the relevant clubs, to postpone the service of professional athletes in the fields of football, volleyball and basketball at the national team level for a maximum of 30 years and the Premier League for a maximum of 28 years, and immediately after. After the expiration of the mentioned period, they will be sent to the service of the emergency period.

It should be emphasized that it is not possible for athletes to continue their activities in the relevant clubs after the deadline. In addition, the lack of timely presence of these people in military service has caused their absence, and in this case, they will lose the continuation of sports activities in clubs and the national team.

2- Regarding football players, Mr. Siavash Yazdani and Mr. Mohammad Hossein Moradmand, considering that their sports activity license has expired in accordance with the regulations in Esteghlal Sports Club, they should serve at the time of the previously scheduled dispatch on March 22, 2015.
