According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the General Department of Communications of Iran Mobile Telecommunication Company, a memorandum of cooperation on “Development of digital services and smart solutions” this morning, March 16, 2014, in the presence of Mehdi Akhavan Bahabadi, CEO of the first company, Dariush Abu Hamzeh, Deputy Minister of Social Welfare Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and Najafali Shahbazi, Director of the Information Technology, Communication and Administrative Transformation Center of the Ministry of Cooperation, were concluded between this ministry and the Iran Mobile Communications Company.
This memorandum is in line with the implementation of the general policies of the system in creating social welfare and economic prosperity, laying the groundwork for economic justice, eradicating poverty in the country, focusing all activities related to economic growth and development towards social justice, reducing Class gap, elimination of deprivation from low-income groups, special attention to the livelihood of villagers by providing more employment opportunities by creating appropriate incentives and supporting and encouraging investment and entrepreneurship has been concluded between the Ministry of Cooperation and the first companion.
Accordingly, cooperation with the objectives of creating an integrated information system in the management of information flows – resources – capital, development of necessary and vital infrastructure to achieve a fair distribution of resources, development of business platforms to support employment and businesses Small and rural, the development of integrated insurance-support-welfare structures will be formed in order to achieve economic justice and the development of e-government services.
Based on this understanding, the first mobile capacities for the development of technical infrastructure, platforms, digital services and smart solutions in economic resource management, human capital management, justice-oriented distribution, employment development in small and medium enterprises and rural employment development and realization The clauses of the memorandum will be applied.
In order to achieve the goals of this memorandum, Hamrah Aval will also participate in providing advanced services based on artificial intelligence, blockchain and IoT to empower the components of the business development ecosystem based on new technologies.
The Ministry of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare also pursues policies in the areas of intelligence, development of digital services, development of e-government in the field of this ministry based on upstream documents, as well as support, facilitation and participation in the development and implementation of digital services and intelligence. This memorandum will pay.
It is worth mentioning that before concluding this memorandum, Dariush Abu Hamzeh, Deputy Minister of Social Welfare, Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare also visited the monitoring center of the first mobile digital platforms and was informed about the latest digital developments of the first and largest mobile operator in the country.
In this visit, which was accompanied by Hamid Behrozi, Deputy CEO of Hamrah Aval, details of traffic situation, infrastructure and data center capacity developed by Hamrah Aval, which is one of the most important tasks in the form of National Information Network project and hosting development platforms. The findings were presented by responsible internal experts.
Passing the possibility of connecting more than 3 million users simultaneously in the “Shad” high-traffic network was one of the key issues presented by the managers of this digital platform during this visit.
