Details of arbitration of national authenticity seal in 5 regions of the country



Vida Tohdi stated in an interview with Heritage Aria reporter today, Wednesday, January 6, 2009: “Each region is divided into several provinces, and each region is governed by one province.”

The Director General of the Office of Education and Extension of the Deputy of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts said that the main purpose of holding the judging program of the National Seal of Iranian Handicrafts is to acquaint professors and handicraft producers with the latest production standards in global markets and strengthen them to prepare for international arenas.

“The new structure of the National Originality Seal program is in accordance with the provincial regions of the country, with the aim of decentralizing the center and outsourcing to the provinces in order to increase the possibility of producer growth and expertise in these regions.”

“Evidence shows that the program has been successful in the short term, and that positive developments are already taking place in the areas where the event was held, especially as this process strengthens and accelerates the training of competent judges in the provinces,” he said. “And day by day, it increases their capabilities.”

The Director General of the Office of Education and Extension of the Deputy Minister of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts stated: “They have to wait for the two-year deadline.”

He continued: “Consultations have been held with the World Handicrafts Council to issue international arbitration certificates for these judges in the future, thus making the possibility of more participation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign programs related to handicrafts more formal and more.”

“Currently, more than 60 works from the provinces of the country have been collected to be sent to participate in the International Council of Handicrafts Seal for International Arbitration,” Tawhidi said. The judging is scheduled to take place in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, by the Council’s International Jury in the Asia-Pacific region. “We hope that the works of Iranian masters and handicraft producers will shine in this program.”

“So far, the judging of five regions of the country has been done under the direct supervision of the representatives of the central headquarters,” said the director general of the Education and Extension Office of the Deputy Minister of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts.

He added: “The arbitration of region one in Ahvaz city of Khuzestan province has been done from December 27 to 27, 1400. Khuzestan province has submitted 82 works for this judging, 52 of which received the seal of national authenticity. Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces have submitted 15 works, eight of which received the seal of national authenticity. Fars province presented 67 works, of which 29 works received the seal of national authenticity and five works received the title of magnificent work. “Bushehr province also presented 32 works, 18 of which received the seal of national authenticity.”

The Director General of the Office of Education and Extension of the Deputy Minister of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts stated: East Azerbaijan Province presented 54 works, 20 of which received the seal of national authenticity. Ardabil province presented 32 works, 18 of which received the seal of national authenticity. “West Azerbaijan Province presented 60 works, 20 of which received the seal of national authenticity.”

He continued: “The arbitration of region 3 was held in the city of Kerman, Kerman province, on December 18, 1400. Kerman province presented 51 works, 48 ​​of which received the seal of national authenticity. Hormozgan province presented 21 works, 15 of which received the seal of national authenticity. “Sistan and Baluchestan province presented 64 works, 34 of which received the seal of national authenticity.”

Tawhidi stated: “Logic 4 was judged in Sari city of Mazandaran province on December 25, 1400. Golestan province presented 48 works, 25 of which received the seal of national authenticity. Semnan province presented 29 works, 16 of which received the seal of national authenticity. “Mazandaran province presented 50 works, 28 of which received the seal of national authenticity.”

The director general of the Education and Extension Office of the Deputy Minister of Handicrafts and Traditional Arts said: Markazi province presented 50 works, 22 of which received the seal of national authenticity. Alborz province presented 29 works, 14 of which received the seal of national authenticity. “Tehran province presented 42 works, 31 of which received the seal of national authenticity.”
