Zarezadeh stated that our priority in handing over housing units is to the clients of the Relief Committee: “Our other plan is to build 360,000 housing units in the next 4 years to create 90,000 housing units annually.”
Referring to the details of handing over housing units to the needy, he said: the mentioned housing units had an area of 50 square meters; So that the amount of 50 million Tomans of gratuitous aid will be paid by the Foundation for the Underprivileged, 35 million Tomans of gratuitous aid will be paid by the Relief Committee and one hundred million Tomans of facilities with 5% commission and 20-year repayment by the Housing Foundation to the beneficiaries.

Referring to the details of the annual construction of 90,000 housing units with the participation of the Ministry of Roads, Zarezadeh noted: “According to this memorandum, 60,000 housing units will be created in cities and 30,000 housing units in villages;” In addition, this plan will be operational from 1401.
Referring to other preparations of the Relief Committee for the construction of housing units for the needy, he said: Earlier this year, a memorandum of understanding for the construction of 40,000 housing units in villages was signed between the Relief Committee, Imam Khomeini Executive Headquarters, IRGC and the Housing Foundation. One thousand residential units of this number will be built within two years, and from the end of October, 5,000 units out of the mentioned 40,000 units will be put into operation.
